Aaron's Notes: Back by popular demand! The initial pour shows ruby red with violet highlights and releases aromas of dried plums, baked cherries, anise and touches of smoke. Bright big red cherries , raspberries, and cassis envelope the palate with a velvety texture. Big, smooth and well balanced tannins make this wine very approachable and a pleasure to drink. The finish is toasted vanilla with hints of cedar and smoke with tanned leather. Pair this wine with a grilled bison burger topped by blue cheese and bacon.

Mats Notes: This new vintage is secretly made in Napa Valley. It's gorgeous and supple! Cassis, mocha and a hint of mint on the nose. Medium bodied and lush with soft, velvety tannins. Blueberry compote, boysenberries, a touch of vanilla with a cocoa powder finish. Pair this with roasted chicken, marinated skirt steak, or chocolate decadence.
