Holiday Spirits

Monday December 6th, 2010
Home Office

With Christmas on the horizon and many of plans to be had, wouldn't it be nice to fit relaxing in front of a fireplace with a glass of your favorite beverage into the list? With "pre-mixed" and "Limited Edition" releases from several beer, wine, and liquor, as well as the traditional Holiday cocktails, there are a plethora of goodies for you to indulge yourself with this Christmas season... old, and new.

Christian Brothers Honey Liqueur- Similar to "Krupnik" in the sense of heavy honey and cinnamon tones, this honey liqueur is perfect when put over ice with a lemon wedge or with warm water, cinnamon, and a gingerbread snap as a garnish.

Pennsylvania Dutch Eggnog- Why spend the time to make "Hard Eggnog" when you can buy premixed Pennsylvania Eggnog which is already infused with Rum, Brandy, and Blended Whiskey to recreate the warm, delicious taste of Christmas.

Kahula Peppermint Mocha- Like Kahlua? Peppermint Mocha brings delightful tones of mint and chocolate, if you like York Peppermint Patties you'll love this one. Just add to your coffee or hot coco for a fun Holiday twist!

Trader Vic's Macadamia Nut Liqueur- Roasted Macadamia tones and warm spices from this particular liqueur are perfect for mixing with coffee or on its own on the rocks as an aperitif.

Whichever you choose for your enjoyment, be sure to enjoy responsiblity and have a wonderful Holiday season.... Don't get on Santa's Naughty List..

Cheers,
Casey Capper
