Feudi di San Gregorio
The perfume is intense and persistent. One can recall in the nose clear sensations of fruit. For the taste, one immediately preceives the broad acdity and the spicy minerality, typical of a vine culitvated in Tufo. Immediately following, there are soft notes of balsamic. Drink with raw fish, bufala mozzarella and first courses of white meats.

Thanks to its large case production, this crisp Greco di Tufo should be easy to locate at your local wine store or supermarket. It offers a wonderful introduction to southern Italian, volcanic soil winemaking thanks to drying mineral tones, pear and apple.

Wine Advocate
The 2010 Greco di Tufo impresses for its textural elegance and sheer beauty. It is an especially round, supple Greco that can be enjoyed on its own or with food. Ideally, a little more varietal character would be nice, but the wine is flat out delicious all the same. Anticipated maturity: 2011-2013.

Screw Cap
Wines sealed with a screw cap as opposed to a cork, which experts report protects and preserves wine more effectively than does a cork, while also eliminating the possibility of cork taint.
No Sulfites
All wines naturally contain some sulfites, however wines that contain less than 10 parts per million sulfites are not required to include "Contains Sulfites" on their labels.
