The 2010 Siduri Chehalem Mountains Pinot Noir possesses good color with nice concentration and weight. The wine has darker flavors than the 2009 with more blueberry and dark, even chocolate covered cherry flavor. On the mid-palate the wine seems a bit tight, as if it is still wound up a bit. But the finish remains strong with good length and persistence. It is apparent that this wine is still a youngster and will certainly improve for several years.
Wine Enthusiast
There is a racy, spicy, biting edge to this young Pinot that nicely expresses the Chehalem Mountains AVA terroir, authoritative and unapologetic for the herbal side of the grape. It lingers and opens into a mélange of red fruits, forest, leaf and loam, still stiff and compact after hours of breathing. - P.G. (6/1/2012)

Sustainable practices incorporate organic standards and may exceed them and include ecologically and socially sound business practices such as fair pay for farm workers and energy conservation.
Screw Cap
Wines sealed with a screw cap as opposed to a cork, which experts report protects and preserves wine more effectively than does a cork, while also eliminating the possibility of cork taint.
No Sulfites
All wines naturally contain some sulfites, however wines that contain less than 10 parts per million sulfites are not required to include "Contains Sulfites" on their labels.
