Argonaut Private Barrel Sampling
This Friday, January 20th, 3:00 - 6:00pm

Some spectacular private barrels have been rolling in, but you don't have to take my word for it, we're giving you the chance to be among the first to try them:
Elijah Craig 10yr Private Single Barrel
First up is an elusive 10 year old single barrel of Elijah Craig. We were quite impressed with this fruity (cherry chapstick?), viscous, soft palate, and it's the first from Heaven Hill we've seen in a while. Note that the standard Elijah Craig has moved to a small batch recipe and these Single Barrels have become increasingly sparce.
Woodford Reserve Private Single Barrel
Next up is a Woodford Reserve private single barrel from the folks at Brown-Forman. Light, & laced with caramel, this is the first Woodford Reserve we've purchased.
Four Roses Private Single Barrel OBSF
Next in line is a chance to sample the last of our current, & very tasty, Four Roses OBSF low rye recipe selection made late last year. We'll be expecting the sister barrel to this one within the next few weeks which will be the OESF high-rye version of an otherwise identical recipe. I purchased the coming barrel while in Kentucky last year and have been anxious to grab a bottle myself.
Jefferson's Very Small Batch
And last but certainly not least we'll be sampling the last of our current barrel of Jefferson's Very Small Batch. We're preparing to sit down and select a new Jefferson's barrel and thought we'd offer a last chance to try and buy the nutty, somewhat dry barrel we have now.

Buffalo Trace Bourbon Sampling
Friday, February 3rd 3:00 - 6:00pm
Who loves Pappy? Many folks haven't ever had the chance to find out, but we're here to help alleviate that burden on your heart. We'll be sampling two different labels from the (in)famous Pappy line, plus two more mystery bottles all produced by Buffalo Trace. While the Pappy will not be available for purchase, the other two will be, and they are delicious! As if that weren't enough to get you out of the house we're upping the ante by offering the first 100 folks in line a free Pappy Van Winkle T-Shirt, and everyone will have the opportunity to enter a drawing for a FREE bottle of the Pappy 12 year. That, friends, is about as good as it gets. Click the image above to receive a reminder the day of this event on Facebook. As per usual feel free to contact me with questions on any of these events at "". Help us get the word out with RSVPs & "shares" of this event. I'll be pouring, and we'll see you there!

Thanks much!
