2013 Chateau Gigognan Châteauneuf-du-Pape Clos du Roi - Rated 91 points Wine Spectator. A bright, almost high-pitched style, with blood orange, red currant and damson plum fruit stretched out by silky but persistent tannins and carrying through a very elegant, rooibos tea-framed finish. Drink now through 2023.
Staff Comments: This wine gave us the chills it was so good! 70% Grenache, 30% Syrah and explosive! Dried cranberries, raspberry compote and Swiss cocoa. Elegant, full bodied and super smooth. Ambrosia in a glass! This wine calls for steak au poivre and a bacon chutney.

Elegance Blanquette de Limoux Brut….Truly "elegance" in the bottle. A golden hue with a foaming mousse an long-lasting and fine bubbles. A delicate citrus nose with yeasty aromas. Medium bodied with cider-apple character and grapefruit/lemon flavors. Nice as an aperitif or with fish or chicken accompanied by white sauces. From France

2013 Tonel 78 Malbec-Bonarda Blend – Rated 91 points Wine Advocate The 2013 Tonel 78 Barrel Select is a 50/50 Malbec and Bonarda blend from Luján de Cuyo and Medrano respectively. The two grapes are blended after one year aging in French oak barrels. Juicy and ripe, the nose has character and certain rusticity (is it the Bonarda?). The palate is lush and round, juicy and full showing good balance and acidity. It's quite approachable now, but it also has stuffing to age.
Staff Comments The nose was amazing; spicy cherries and boysenberries. This is drinking beautifully now: Asian spices, dried mint, eucalyptus and a dusting of coca. Full bodied and lush! A hidden treasure from Argentina.

2013 Wakefield Jaraman Cabernet Sauvignon –Staff Comments: Absolutely Amazing! From the start to finish – From Australia; blackberry jam, huckleberry pie, a hint of eucalyptus and Belgian chocolate. Pure ambrosia in your glass! This is a big wine, so pair it with a big rib eye or BBQ Ribs. Loved This! 94 points James Halliday Good hue; a medium-bodied wine that meets all reasonable expectations. The cassis, black olive and bay leaf aromas and flavors are clear and uncluttered, but do not deny the oak and tannins their place at the table. I have every confidence the wine will richly repay five to 10+ years in the cellar.

2014 Robert Oatley Cabernet Sauvignon – Rated 93 points James Halliday Australian Wine Companion - "Includes 14% merlot, machine-harvested, open and closed fermentation, cultured yeast, 5-7 days post-ferment maceration, matured in new and used French oak for 11 months. There's a lot of style and authenticity to the cabernet fruit, stopping just short of autocratic and unbending; the tannins are firm, but not the least dry, and the French oak is positive. Bargain. Rated 91 points Wine Enthusiast - - "This is a terrific value in supple, ready-to-drink Cabernet. The nose is open and fragrant, offering hints of cherry and cassis, while the palate delivers bright fruit flavors spiced with cinnamon, clove and mocha. This elegant wine should continue to drink well through 2025. Editors' Choice."

2015 Ritual Chardonnay by Veramonte From Chile – Rated 93 points James Suckling. - "A bright and stoney chardonnay with clarity and beauty. Full body, bright and tangy acidity with lime and green pineapple character. Vertical tension to this. Long and flavorful finish. Drink now. Screw cap."
