2015 Domaine les Pins Cuvée Les Rochettes Cabernet Franc (Bourgueil) – Rated 91 points Wine Enthusiast. This is structured young Bourgueil, with its stalky dry fruits and spicy character. The fruit is ripe with good potential for aging as the cedar character subsides and the generous fruit takes over. Drink from 2018. Staff Comments: 100% Cabernet Franc from France. A deep burgundy color with espresso and chocolate covered cranberries on the nose. Full bodied and easy drinking with silky smooth tannins! Blueberries. Smoky oak, boysenberries with a hint of summer rhubarb. Just amazing. Pair this with chicken & steak fajitas, Wisconsin Aged cheddar and crème brulee.

2014 Sleight of Hand Magician White – 2014 was a warm vintage, but Evergreen's cool site allows for extra hang time for the grapes, the result of which was more flavor, while maintaining the beautiful acidity that is the framework of this wine. Bright, crisp, and juicy are the hallmarks of this Riesling, full of green apple and pear notes, juicy minerality, and refreshing citrus notes. The subtle sweetness is perfectly balanced by the acids, and if ever there were a perfect wine for spicy foods, this is the one! Enjoy with your friends and family.
