2010 Francis Coppola Diamond Chardonnay - A white wine with notes of clove, pear, guava, and tangerine vanilla... This chardonnay from Monterey County has a gold color in the glass with aromas of pear and cloves. The initial taste is bursting with creamy pineapple and guava with a vanilla tangerine finish. Pair this wine with crab cakes and remoulade sauce on a bed of mixed greens.
