Single-distilled honkaku shochu. Made from select kogane-sengan sweet potatoes, specially harvested in the Kagoshima prefecture, traditional kurokoji (black yeast) and pure, deep sea water. "Iwai no aka" which means celebratory red is the color of the bottle, not the Shochu itself. more
