Acquired in the first half on the 19th century, La Garrigue has always been a family operation for the past five generations. At the helm is Proprietor Monsieur A.Bernard - although one is likely to encounter the Madame, two grown sons, a daughter and possibly two grandchildren, running the day-to-day operation at the property. Here, Monsieur Bernad prefers to make full-bodied, heady, rich and tanic wines with underlying fruity character, red wines that can age. Le vins de la Garrigue jamais ne fatiguent.
