| �Born and raised in Colorado, Casey spent the better part of 13 years as chef in several great Denver restaurants. After graduating with a degree in Hospitality and Culinary Arts, he moved to Chicago where he fell in love with wine. While in Chicago, Casey broadened his wine knowledge managing several restaurants, running beverage programs as a Sommelier, and working as a sales rep for a local wine distributor. It was there that Casey discovered the high-quality Greek wines from the Diamond Wine Importers portfolio. Casey currently lives near Napa Valley and runs the Western Regional Sales Division for Diamond Wine Importers. |

We will taste 3 indigenous varietals that include: 3,000+ year-old continuous cultivated vines of Assyrtiko from Santorini; high elevation vineyards of Peloponnese and the floral wines of Moscofilero; and the near extinct varietal, Malagouzia, coming from the Northern region of Amynedon. |
