Medium-body, packed with delicate flavours of fruits with a slightly spicy finish. This wine benefit from the best of the appellation and stands out of the range of Mâcon-Villages, with a style close to the Crus du Maconnais. Enjoy ideally at 10-12°C with apéritifs, tapas, salmon. Fish, seafood, verrine, sushis. Poultry. Our suggestion: Roast chicken with bread sauce, game chips and stuffing. Ready to drink; this wine can age 3 to 5 years according to the vintage.
