Opening with fresh, vibrant aromas of lime zest and preserved lemon, this offering from the famed Rochioli Allen vineyard once again displays exceptional purity, lively acidity, and an underlying minerality. Floral notes of jasmine and honeysuckle work in harmony with layers of brioche, butterscotch and raw honey. Flavors of lemon custard and crème brulee are delicately balanced with fine, silky tannins, and subtle vanilla toast from luxurious French oak puncheons.
