Bodegas Gandia El Miracle 2014
Staff Comments: From Mendocino County, California. This is a big, wonderful Cab! Nicely balanced with great layers and aromatics. Leather, a smokiness, dark chocolate, and plum pudding. The tannins are firm; the taste is outstanding! Have this with a grilled rib eye, spare ribs, sharp cheddar cheese, and a 7 layer chocolate cake.
Wine SpectatorThis plump red offers black cherry, plum, licorice and subtle cola flavors, with light acidity and gentle tannins. Balanced, fresh and friendly. Drink now. 50,000 cases made.
Wine EnthusiastStalky compost and wilted floral aromas are as present as the underlying basic berry scents. This varietal Alicante Bouschet is tannic and slightly abrasive in feel, while warm, bitter, peppery plum and cherry flavors leave heat and burn on the finish.
All sizes are 750ml unless otherwise stated.
