This is our third release of this exceptionally unique wine. It is gently pressed from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown on East Orchard Mesa south of Palisade located in Colorado's beautiful and picturesque Western Slope. Situated in the heart of the Grand Valley AVA, this unique vineyard site at 4,800 feet in elevation is protected by the foothills of the Grand Mesa immediately to the south and east and by close proximity to the Colorado River directly to the north and west. This combination of high altitude sunlight and cool river nights produce distinctively luscious vitis Vinifera grapes which produce bold wines, rich in color, flavor and smooth tannins.
