80% Grenache and 20% white Rhône varietals (Clairette, Viognier and Chasselas), all sourced from Éric's newly acquired vineyard in St-Julien, which is currently in organic conversion. A third of the Grenache is fermented in large wooden vats; the rest is in stainless steel. Éric's goal is to make a light and fresh style of Côtes-du-Rhône, thus the emphasis on white grapes. For the American market, some of the Grenache comes from Eric's holdings in Vaison la Roman.
