Staff Comments: A cool climate Cabernet from Washington state. Hints of cinnamon, white pepper, and birchwood come from your glass. Medium bodied and drinking nicely now. Baked cranberries, mocha, cassis, and black licorice. This would be perfect for bacon cheddar cheeseburgers, steak kabobs, or a smoked brisket.
