The flavors are layered with tones of blueberry jam, pomegranate and chocolate. The texture is rustic, yet silky, with a unique savory and inviting finish. FOOD PAIRINGS Grilled meats such as lamb, beef and pork, and seared vegetables.
Rated 92 James Suckling A wine that delivers a very fragrant, floral edge and has a deeply integrated array of violet and red plums, as well as tomato paste. Half the wine is aged for nine months on skins and this has really meshed the tannins nicely. A blend of 96% cabernet sauvignon and 4% cabernet franc.

Another solid wine, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon (91% Cabernet Sauvignon and 9% Cabernet Franc) has lots of chocolatey dark fruits as well as textbook Cabernet tobacco and leafy herb nuances. It's rich, mouth-filling, ready to go, and should keep for 5-7 years, although there's no need to delay gratification.
