Coming directly from the Tel-Tzapit Vineyard in the Judean Plains, the wine is produced from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. It is characterized by an invigorating acidity, with pleasant flavors and fragrances of apple and grapefruit.

This Sauvignon Blanc has a pale light color with typical aromas of passion fruit and green apples tinged with pleasant herbal notes. Its crisp finish and fine balance make it the ideal accompaniment to fish such as flounder and bass. This is a vegan wine.
