Made from a blend of 51% Chardonnay and 49% Pinot Noir, the NV Brut begins with bright citrus tones of lemon peel, green and yellow apple skin and elements of citrus blossom and underripe pineapple. Medium-bodied, the palate is lively and crisp with energetic acidity and a bright, incredibly versatile mouthfeel. The Brut ends with a delightful and lingering finish that overdelivers at this price point. For twenty bucks, you'll be hard-pressed to find a better sparkler-until you try the Brut Rosé. 600,000 bottles were filled after spending 15 to 18 months on the lees before disgorgement.

A pretty sparkler, featuring notes of brioche and salted butter and hints of nectarine. Very well-balanced, this shows some complexity and delivers lots of immediate pleasure. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Drink now. 5,000 cases imported.

The NV Brut spent 15 to 18 months on the lees before disgorgement in February 2018. It has a straightforward, fresh, malic bouquet with a touch of orange peel. The palate is nicely balanced, offering a creamy entry, fine acidity and a fresh if short, appley finish.

This offers very pretty flavors at a reasonable price, making it a good choice for everyday drinking or a celebration where quantity is needed. Buttery, warm aromas mingle with a crisp, flinty sparkle in the nose and on the palate. It's on the sweet side but that lively zip keeps the wine aloft. Half Pinot Noir, half Chardonnay. Imported by GBW, LLC.
