Salmos is born in a beautiful remote land. The vineyards, planted on
slopes of shale (“licorella” stone), undergo extreme changes in
temperature between day and night and these natural vicissitudes add to
the wine’s appeal.

An elegant red, with creamy-edged tannins providing supple definition for flavors of creamed cherry and baked plum, plus tobacco, paprika and vanilla accents. A subtle underpinning of fresh, loamy earth shows on the focused finish. Carignan, Grenache and Syrah. Drink now through 2030. 5,019 cases made, 500 cases imported.
