Our Rosé is recognized by critics and wine lovers as one of the country's best, with a bright hue and brilliant pink color that alludes to the rich style. Aromas of guava, strawberry, watermelon, raspberry and mint explode out of the glass, while the flavors of watermelon, strawberry, peach, grapefruit along with a nice minerality keep you coming back for another sip. The 2018 is a drier style with very bright acidity and a long lasting finish. Food Pairing: Grilled fish, shrimp or chicken tacos, salads with lemon vinaigrette or a Thai inspired curry with coconut milk, lime and mint. For a unique pairing try it with a spicy gumbo.

Talbott Kali Hart Pinot Noir 2016Approachable and bright, this Pinot Noir opens with aromas of crushed cranberry, plum and red currant. This rich red fruit compote flavor continues on the palate, where it is accentuated by soft and silky tannins. The finish is long and luscious with hints of ripe fruit, vanilla and French oak. This wine is an elegant rendering of its cool climate origins in the Sleepy Hollow Vineyard.
Easton Zinfandel 2014The 2014 has full black cherry and blackberry fruit aromas with a beautiful balance and a big, sumptuous, and juicy mouth feel. It also presents complex spicy aromas, with a nice creamy texture derived from the 10 months time it receives in, only, French oak barrels. This wine has become our popular, but serious cru Beaujolais-styled/Rioja crianza-styled Zinfandel that has found its way on to many great restaurant lists across North America where it is o en listed "by the glass ". It is consistently rated one of the top Zinfandels in its class and one of the best value Zinfandels available. Although drinkable now, it gains complexity with bottle age. This wine's release has become highly anticipated by many of our customers each year. We think this 2014 bottling follows in the tradition of our previous versions. Our Zinfandel's in 2014 have great fruit, richness, balance, and charm.

The average age of the vines is 35 years (as of 2011). The elevage in barrel (small and demi-muid) is for one year and 15% new oak is used; the assemblage is done and the wines are racked into stainless steel for an additional six months before being bottled with a delicate fining and light filtration.

We have settled upon grapes as the agency of fermentation as they seem to yield the most prismatic spectrum of flavors - animal, vegetable and mineral, among the available fruits. Ferment an apricot, and one obtains apricot-flavored wine. Ditto strawberries, and blueberries and plums, etc. Apples can sneak in a few unexpected treats, though they pale in comparison to vitis vinifera. Fementation of highly aromatic malvasia bianca grapes presents the opportunity to mimic the perfumer’s alchemical art, opening the doors of perception to the gentlest effects of olfactory psychedelia. What if we are then to referment our already kaleidoscopic malvasia bianca with more of the same juice, this time under pressure, and ignite the fifth dimension of umamireleasing lees, and unleash it on the palate with the bubbly buoyance of effervescence? Sunlight becomes bud becomes shoot becomes flower becomes grape becomes jasmine becomes apricot becomes lychee becomes citrus pith becomes うま味. Serve sufficiently chilled, and gently turn the bottle upside-down for 20 seconds to resuspend the lees. Amazeballs
G. D. Vajra Barbera d'Alba 2017Our Barbera d’Alba comes from the wonderful range of Vajra estate vineyards, belonging to three different geological ages: Tortonian, Serravallian and Messinian. It is fermented for an average of 20 days on skins and ages no less than twelve months, in respect of the rhythm of nature. This is a fine blend, a charming wine at the crossroads of finesse and texture.
Stellar Organics Live A Little Wildly Wicked WhiteThis blended white wine has a very pale green- yellow colour, with a nose like tinned fruit cocktail. The taste is of pears and apples with hints of cloves and cinnamon. Pair with cold chicken, barbequed yellowtail or pasta Primavera.
Pizzolato Moscato DolcePure golden silver color with a vigorous rocky, mousse. Aromas of chalk, banana custard pie and nectarine with a supple, fruity medium body and a frothy spiced apple and mineral finish. A nice drier styled Moscato.
Castelo do Papa Godello 2017Made from the indigenous Spanish varietal Godello (planted in 1988, organically farmed vines), this wine shows restrained yet intense minerality along with spicy ginger, citrus, flinty and orchard fruit notes. It is juicy, focused and with vivacity; Papa Godello finishes with lingering floral and lime qualities. This fresh, mineral-inflected Godello will pair well with swordfish sautéed in butter and wild herbs, grilled or pan-fried sweet veal or pork sausage, and a host of casual foods like tapas, pasta with white clam sauce or fried oyster sandwiches.
Bodegas Hermanos Pecina Senorio de P. Pecina Rioja 2017Made from grapes from our youngest vines, “La Veguilla” and “Valseca”, which average 25 years in age. The grapes are destemmed and crushed and macerated for 3-4 days before fermentation begins naturally with the wild yeast on the skins. Fermentation then continues for 10-12 days more. Aged in stainless steel with racking to another tank every 3 months. No oak aging. The wines are bottled unfined and unfiltered.

THE WINEMAKING The grapes are sent to the pneumatic press for soft crushing, then the must is fermented with the skins and with their indigenous yeasts at low temperature (12- 14°C) in stainless steel tanks, for about 30 days. AGEING in stainless steel tanks for a year on fine lees, followed by ageing in bottle. TASTING NOTES Copper color, the nose is intense, floral with yellow fruits; on the palate is fresh, intense and fruity. FOOD PAIRINGS Seafood, cod, pasta with clear sauces, white meat.

AGEING In stainless steel tanks, followed by ageing in bottle. TASTING NOTES Straw yellow color, intense nose with hints of broom, white fruits and ethereal. The palate is fresh, intense, fruity and full-bodied. FOOD PAIRINGS Elaborated seafood dishes, medium cured cheese, pasta dishes, white meats.

Alexander Valley Vineyards Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 BottleThe 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon is a classic Alexander Valley wine with medium body, great fruit flavors and smooth, structured tannins. Winemaker Kevin Hall added 13% Merlot for structure, a touch of Cabernet Franc for floral notes and Malbec and Petit Verdot for color. There are aromas of black cherry, cassis, plum, slight blueberry, vanilla, oak and chocolate. In the glass there are rich flavors of cherry, cassis, blackberry and chocolate. This is a fruit forward wine with lush flavors, nice balance and a long, silky finish.
Alexander Valley Vineyards Estate Merlot 2016This wine always impresses red wine lovers, and we refer to it as a Merlot for Cabernet lovers. There are spicy aromas of dark fruits, cassis, cherry, plum, vanilla, oak and slight chocolate in the glass. This wine has broad mouth-feel with flavors of cherry, blackberry, cassis, plum and chocolate. This is a big, nicely balanced wine with chewy tannins on the long finish.
