Hakutake Zenkoji Soju
Kome Shochu is normally made with a mixture of steamed rice and rice Koji, rice inoculated with Koji fungus. However, Hakutake Zenkoji is made with 100% Koji and aged for 3 years which produces deep rich flavors. Pairs well with delicate dishes like sashimi, nimono, as well as deep rich flavors of yakiniku and fried dishes.
