The 2021 Pinot Gris opens in the glass with a spicy mix of crushed pears, rosemary and fresh mint. It's round in feel, showing its minerality up front, as tart orchard fruits add further tension toward the close. Hints of kiwi and sour lime linger through the tension-filled finale, as the 2021 tapers off with medium length.
