Citrus Rosé Gin begins with a 100% malted barley mash bill. Careful fermentation and two patient distillations result in delicate aromas of dried wildflowers. Hand-zested grapefruit, tangerine, and lemon along with juniper, lavender, tarragon, and grains of paradise were chosen to complement the floral nature of the grain.
