The 2019 Malbec Graffito is 4/5 from Perdriel with the remainder from Paraje Altamira and 60% aged in used barrels for up to 12 months. Purplish red in color. The pure, intense nose opens with fresh plums and violets followed by country herbs and a dusty feel over a bed of oak. With a voluminous, skinny flow for the variety, it's juicy and light-footed with fine, slightly reactive tannins. Flavorful and expressive, it's on the linear side, partly because of the year and partly the Altamira region.

The attractive nose of this vibrant Malbec offers violet, black pepper and dark chocolate notes blended with plum and blackberry. This is a medium-bodied Malbec with smooth tannins. Licorice and earthy flavors on a core of rich black fruit are balanced by fresh acidity. It has a medium finish with subtle oaky flavors.
