Staff Comments: A sumptuous Bordeaux blend from the central coast of California. Notes of black walnut and cassis tickle your nose. Medium bodied with soft, supple tannins. Black raspberries, pepper, cherry bark, with hints of mocha. This is refined and under priced! Pair this with Shepherds pie, pork chops Milanese, or triple fudge baked brownies.
This 2018 Claret has aromas of black pepper and plum flesh. It has the taste of smooth raspberries and sweet confectioners sugar.
Blend: 42% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Merlot, 9% Malbec, 5% Petit Verdot, 2% Cabernet Franc
