The 2021 Riesling is incredibly pretty, lifting from the glass with a perfumed mix of spring flowers, crushed green apples and gingery spice. This washes across the palate with soothingly soft textures and ripe tropical citrus tones. Kiwi and candied lime nuances linger as the 2021 keeps the mouth watering for more. This clocks in at only 1.27 grams of residual sugar per liter, yet it maintains a lovely balance of inner sweetness and lively energy.

All varietal from the Bacchus and Gamache vineyards, the medium gold-hued 2021 Riesling has a pretty, juicy, fruit-forward style in its honeyed mint, peach, and quince-like aromas and flavors. It's clean and nicely balanced, with a good sense of freshness and a clean finish.

A pleasant Riesling with a grapey nose and supporting aromas like apricot blossoms, lime zest and lily of the valley. There's some nice acidity here to support a large dollop of white-peach fruit and notes of wet slate and the sweetness of lemon-flavored Haribo Goldbears.
