Wine & SpiritsThere's a seashell-like minerality to the scent of this wine, and a cool, dark cavern feel to its flavors. It's tight and dry, with fleshy lemon citrus notes firming up the finish. This is 100 percent pinot noir, selected and blended from three vintages. Serve it with poached salmon for brunch.
