Exotically floral with a slightly nutty and honeyed edge to the wet stones, lemon and cantaloupe characters. It turns more mineral on the palate with excellent balance between freshness and ripeness. Some macadamia nuts here, too. Drink now.

The 2022 Greco di Tufo Loggia della Serra is remarkably pretty, with vivid green melon, lime zest and hints of candied ginger. It splashes across the palate with soft textures and juicy orchard fruits as a tinge of salty minerals comes forward toward the close. Squeaky clean, the 2022 tapers off with medium length, leaving the mouth watering for more.

The unoaked 2022 Greco di Tufo Loggia della Serra shows some hot-vintage heaviness with waxy flavors of honey, acacia, canned peach and persimmon. The impact of those aromas is rather heavy and monochromatic, and the mouthfeel follows closely in theme with creamy texture and extra stuffing. The finish is very dry, but the overall style is slightly oxidative in this 120,000-bottle release.
