Bricco delle Olive (olive ridge vineyard) is the top cru of Palladino Barbera. Mr. Palladino makes this wine like it is a Barolo with long fermentation and then aging for 15 months in small barrique barrels. Only produced in the best vintages, the wine is powerful enough to be paired with rich foods yet has friendly jammy flavors that allows it to be consumed without food if you choose.
