We're sorry, but this product is not currently available.
Intense wine, where it reigns the notes of ripe fruit, balsamic, aromatic herbs, light toasted notes, good volume and a perfect balance transporting all the load of fruit until the end of its journey. Long and persistent..
|Region||Spain, Tarragona, Priorato|
Wine SpectatorA generous yet polished red, still fresh, with plum, mineral, coffee bean and licorice flavors that mingle seamlessly and finish gracefully, supported by well-integrated tannins. Grenache, Carignan, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. Drink now through 2020.
Wine EnthusiastThis is a ripe, meaty wine with raisin, mint and licorice aromas. The palate is dense and syrupy, with stewy blackberry flavors mixed with wild herb notes and licorice. That same stewy quality returns on the finish, which is powerful and dark in nature. Drink through 2017.
Wine AdvocateThe 2008 Seleccio Priorat offers up an earthy minerality along with notions of cedar, smoke, violets, and black fruits. Slightly narrow on the palate and one-dimensional, it does have savory flavors and ample length. Perhaps 2-3 years of bottle age will fill it out.
All sizes are 750ml unless otherwise stated.
