Station 26 Brewing Co. Another Hazy IPA
This beer pours hazy amber gold with a generous head. The nose is very hop forward with some cantaloupe notes on the end of the inhale and a slight citrus note on the exhale. The body is somewhat frothy, not attacking any of the senses across the palate, and remains light from front to finish. A slight pear note appears on the mid-palate along with, an almost, honeydew note; helping balance the overall hop character. The finish hangs for several seconds with a slight bitter note manifesting just before it disappears completely. The brewers' description as "a cloud in a can" is very appropriate as it reminds me of taking a deep breath as a cloud blows around me atop a Colorado fourteen-er. Review by James Fisher
