It's all here: pure cherry essence, star anise, amaro spice, spring florals, mountain herbs and slices of deli meant through the finish. The intensity of flavor is the standout in this 2021 The Dagger Pinot Noir, and it tends to ripple across the palate and through the finish. There's a very attractive leafy, kirsch character that lingers in the mouth.
