Tight and linear aromas of tangerine peel, bright white flower and a hint of lanolin show on the nose of this bottling. There's a stone-driven earthiness to the palate, where zippy lime flesh and blossom meet with a chalky cement tone.

The 2021 White Wine August shows just how compelling this vintage is for whites. Bright and focused, with terrific depth, the 2021 has so much to offer. The blend is Grenache Blanc and Viognier, co-fermented, an approach that works so well here. Orchard fruit, lime and jasmine linger.
