A bright crimson hue. The aromas are of boysenberry and blueberry jam with clove and pepper characters adding complexity with subtle hints of mocha and tobacco notes. The palate is full and rich showing ripe dark berry fruit, integrated with some superb silky tannins. Cocoa and mocha oak flavors follow through the palate complimenting the berry fruit. Ideal accompaniment to beef bourguignon, lamb stew or pizza.

This mid-weight Shiraz opens with mushroomy reductive notes overlaying plump plum fruit. There's a peppery spiced underbelly. The palate is dry but with quite sweet, jammy fruit and earthy spice.
