This beer is part of Something Brewing’s “Goon Squad” cookie style beers. It pours a slightly cloudy golden color with a medium-sized, foamy, white head. The nose is fairly sweet with aromas of cocoa, marshmallow, lighter graham cracker and bready malts. It has a medium weight body with medium light carbonation and a slightly creamy mouth feel. The palate is a bit less sweet than the nose would lead you to believe. Cocoa and marshmallow hit your tongue up front, followed by doughy bready malts and a light bitterness. The graham cracker comes through lightly on the finish and follows through with some more cocoa. Review by Dan Chacon
