Staff Comments: From France and aged 3 years on the lees. This had a very lemon meringue nose to it that just sang! Dry, crisp, very tart at first and quite festive. Granny Smith apples, peach blossoms, stone fruit with a hint of pie crust. So spring-like and zesty! After 20 minutes the finish was super soft. We paired it with a spicy salsa and charcuterie and it was gorgeous!
"Made of 90% black grapes (45% Pinot Noir,45% Meunier) and 10% Chardonnay, this champagne is truly symbolic of Maison Gardet’s expertise. The true nature of this typical non vintage brut can be appreciated as an aperitif." -Winery

Very complex aromas with brioche, croissant and bruised apples notes. Rich mouthfeel developing a precise style. Potential to age.
