Ballantine's 21YO is creamy and has got a nutty influence coming from the oak cask that differentiates it from Ballantine's 17YO. Sweeter on the palate with a more intense spiciness than B30. Nose: Rich, honey-sweet with hints of apple and floral aromas. Taste: Smooth, rich liquorice and aromatic spice flavours with traces of heather and smoke. Body: Satin smooth. Character: Rich, balanced and luxurious. Colour: Sparkling red/gold. Finish: Long and mellow with hints of dried fruits.
