Château Mouton Cadet Bordeaux Blanc 2023

A scintillating golden yellow. The nose opens on citrus and hawthorn aromas, then goes on with airing to reveal notes of blackcurrant bud and apricot. A fresh and mouth-watering attack on citrus fruit, especially lemon and grapefruit, leads into a mid-palate that fully expresses Semillon with smooth yellow-fruit flavours such as apricot and peach, while the finish lingers on notes of hawthorn and flint.
