Pizzolato Moscato Dolce 750mlPure golden silver color with a vigorous rocky, mousse. Aromas of chalk, banana custard pie and nectarine with a supple, fruity medium body and a frothy spiced apple and mineral finish. A nice drier styled Moscato.
Castelo do Papa Godello 2017 750mlMade from the indigenous Spanish varietal Godello (planted in 1988, organically farmed vines), this wine shows restrained yet intense minerality along with spicy ginger, citrus, flinty and orchard fruit notes. It is juicy, focused and with vivacity; Papa Godello finishes with lingering floral and lime qualities. This fresh, mineral-inflected Godello will pair well with swordfish sautéed in butter and wild herbs, grilled or pan-fried sweet veal or pork sausage, and a host of casual foods like tapas, pasta with white clam sauce or fried oyster sandwiches.
Bodegas Hermanos Pecina Señorio de P. Peciña Rioja Cosecha 750mlMade from grapes from our youngest vines, “La Veguilla” and “Valseca”, which average 25 years in age. The grapes are destemmed and crushed and macerated for 3-4 days before fermentation begins naturally with the wild yeast on the skins. Fermentation then continues for 10-12 days more. Aged in stainless steel with racking to another tank every 3 months. No oak aging. The wines are bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Chateau Belregard Figeac Tellus Vinea 2017 750mlThe grapes for this wine are harvested (by hand) from vineyards that border the Lalande de Pomerol appellation. The grapes undergo a three-day cold maceration; the alcoholic fermentation then proceeds for eight to ten days. The wine is racked several times during its elevage in stainless steel and cement tanks before being bottled after an egg-white fining. The grape composition is predominantly Merlot with a touch of Cabernet Franc in the blend that provides additional structure to the wine. Approximately 8000 bottles are exported under our care for the US market annually. Organic.

Palate: This is a warm and fruity wine with medium tannins and gentle acidity. There are dense dark fruits – blackcurrant's, blueberries as well as strawberries and pomegranate with a touch of Eastern spice.

Mas Que Vinos Ercavio Tempranillo Roble 750mlColour: Inky- purple. Bouquet: Expressive aromas of dark fruit: black cherry, plum and blueberry mixed with a pleasant minerality, hints of cedar, vanilla, liquorice, spice and espresso. Palate: Medium bodied, yet dense this wine offers ripe tannins under a complex blanket of black fruit. The acidity is well balanced and the finish is long and velvety. Food Pairing: Salads, selection of Iberian ham and any meat dishes, pasta, finger food and barbeque. Vegan wine.
Lunaria by Orsogna Ramoro Pinot Grigio 2019 750mlTHE VINEYARDS Pinot Grigio (85%) and other authorized, medium aged vineyards cultivated in Guyot shape and located 450/500 m. a.s.l. THE WINEMAKING The grapes are sent to the pneumatic press for soft crushing, then the must is fermented with the skins and with their indigenous yeasts at low temperature (12- 14°C) in stainless steel tanks, for about 30 days. AGEING in stainless steel tanks for a year on fine lees, followed by ageing in bottle. TASTING NOTES Copper color, the nose is intense, floral with yellow fruits; on the palate is fresh, intense and fruity. FOOD PAIRINGS Seafood, cod, pasta with clear sauces, white meat.

AGEING In stainless steel tanks, followed by ageing in bottle. TASTING NOTES Straw yellow color, intense nose with hints of broom, white fruits and ethereal. The palate is fresh, intense, fruity and full-bodied. FOOD PAIRINGS Elaborated seafood dishes, medium cured cheese, pasta dishes, white meats.

Alexander Valley Vineyards Sin Zin 2015 750mlThis vintage marks 38 years of Sin Zin at Alexander Valley Vineyards. Our first vintage in 1978 was given out to family and friends, quickly attaining cult status among those lucky enough to receive a few bottles. Everyone loved the spicy flavors, memorable name and risqué label. The wine was so popular, that in 1980 we offered a few cases for sale and Sin Zin quickly became a cult classic. Sin Zin is an elegant style of Zinfandel, due to our growing region and winemaking style. We harvest grapes from throughout the Alexander Valley - including the valley floor, hillsides and benchlands looking for a balance of ripeness and acidity in each lot to showcase our valley. This balance explains Sin Zin's restaurant popularity; it is always a food friendly style of Zinfandel. The western drought continued in 2015 and was once again the topic of much discussion. A cool spring, rain at bloom and a hot July along with the continued effects from the lack of rain contributed to lower yields. The Alexander Valley's warm days and cool nights assure a remarkable balance of ripeness and acidity in the grapes. This climate, along with the effects of the drought resulted in grapes with terrific concentration and superb fruit flavors at harvest. After fermentation the wine was aged for fourteen months in American oak barrels to add depth, complexity and texture. There is a spicy, earthy nose and the aromas of dark fruits, raspberry and vanilla hint at the luscious fruit in this dark purple, red-hued wine. There is great up front fruit with big flavors of black cherry, plum, chocolate and black pepper. This is a rich Zinfandel with good balance, chewy texture, nice acidity and a long, spicy finish. Food Pairing: Grilled meats, roasted poultry, stews, Italian dishes and hard cheeses.
