A light straw color, the 2016 vintage features scents of honeysuckle, wildflowers and lemon blossoms, layered with star fruit, honeydew and a trace of flinty gunpowder. Entry is crisp, with a vibrant acidity that flows into a rich roundness on the mid-palate. Citrus and pear mingle with exotic flavors of mango, coconut and pineapple. This wine's structure and texture give it multiple dimensions -- lush yet fresh, subtle yet rich. A kick of bright acidity on the finish underscores its lively character, while notes of ripe fruit entice you back for another sip.

Gerard Bertrand Côte des Roses Rosé 2018 BottleA soft, pale, brilliant pink with bluish tints developing over time towards more orangey nuances. The bouquet releases aromas of summer fruits, cassis and redcurrant. Floral notes of rose along with hints of grapefruit complete the picture. The finish is fresh, offering notes of candy. On the palate the impression is fresh and full, with great aromatic persistence and balance. Pairings: This Languedoc is ideal at 10°C as an aperitif or with shellfish and subtly spiced dishes.

Spokesman Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon 2017Staff Comments - Dark garnet in color. You could just stare at the color of this wine for a long time if the enticing aromas of baked cherries, Black raspberries and cocoa didn’t coax you in for that first sip. Rich and opulent dark red fruits of Cherries, currant and cassis are balanced with notes of cedar and tobacco. Medium to full bodied, balanced by structured tannins and slight touches of pepper. El Circo Bailarina Merlot 2018A bright and youthful ruby color. It transmits the typical sensations of a Merlot: bacon, oregano, basil and raspberries. The acidity is refreshing and helps make the wine fruity and lively at the same time. There is a marked intensity of flavors in the mouth of cherries and thyme. The herbal aromas make this wine great with barbecues and cured and aged cheeses. Staff Comments: People will really like this wine from Spain! It’s filled with ripe raspberries, notes of coffee, brambles, cherry compote, white pepper and blueberries. The tannins are soft and simple.
