An intense wine with blackcurrant and raspberry notes complemented by notes of white pepper. The wine is juicy, powerful and fruity on the palate with lovely roasted notes, and silky, delicate tannins.
Pair with grilled and roasted red and white meats. Also pairs beautifully with pizza and pasta especially lamb ragu. Also enjoy with mild, creamy and robust cheeses.

Based on 70% Grenache, 25% Syrah, and the rest Marselan, the 2021 Côtes Du Rhône Belleruche is classic stuff, offering plenty of peppery, garrigue, and floral notes, a solid core of darker fruits, medium body, and a soft, elegant mouthfeel. It's another impeccably made wine from this team that I'd be happy to drink.
