The nose offers cigar box and black currant plus hints of ash, dark fruit and balsamic flavors. Fluid and full- flavored, this is juicy in the mouth, with firm, fine-grained tannins. The 2019 Cromas Cabernet Sauvignon has 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Syrah and 2% Carmenere in the bottled blend. Like the rest of the range, it has 14.5% alcohol and a juicy palate with ripe berry flavors and moderate varietal character, and in this case, more roasted and smoky flavors, finishing with a dry sensation and some toasted twist. 960,000 bottles produced. Seventy-five percent of the volume matured in barrel and the rest was kept in concrete for one year.
