This is a brut French sparkling wine that is gorgeous! A blend of Aligoté, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. There is a lot of minerality in this. It’s dry, it’s crisp, it’s outstanding! Stone fruit, slate, lime zest, a touch of melon with a chalky, brioche finish. Perfect with oysters, shrimp cocktails, or spicy fish tacos.
Food pairing suggestions
Ideal as an aperitif and for festive occasions, but also with seafood (ﬁsh and shellﬁsh) and with desserts (brioche-based, biscuits, ice cream, sorbets, etc.). Thanks to its accomplished structure, the Crémant de Bourgogne can also be paired with white meat dishes and fresh cheeses, especially goat’s cheese.
