Notes from the Winemaker:
Medium-bodied, flavorful and typical Verdejo grape containing lavish amounts of tropical fruits such as mangoes and papayas, backed by green apples and fresh citrus. Fresh, cool minerals flavors and surprisingly complex. Can be stored for some years
Pairings: Seafood as stuffed mussels, oysters, shrimps, and scallops, fish, vegetables, rices and pasta.
