The 2023 Salice Salentino Passamante is dark and brooding, with a dusty bouquet of minty herbs, dried roses and crushed blackberries. It’s silky smooth, ripe and balanced, with cool-toned acidity guiding sweet red and blue fruits. A tinge of licorice meets violet pastille as the 2023 finishes with admirable length and gentle tannins.
