Sokol Blosser Evolution Red 2022

This is a big red blend using a couple of traditional Italian varietals and one traditional French varietal. Also, like the French Rhônes' we add a splash of white wine, just a small percentage of our Evolution Lucky No. 9 White, to bring in another layer of complexity that lifts the aromatics, color and flavor. Rich flavors of cherry and plum pie filling, black cherry and red currants abound, with the daintiest hints of savory notes throughout.
Pair with anything grilled! Burgers, smoked pork ribs, bbq chicken, Korean bbq, Italian red sauce dishes pizza, even ratatouille.
