Gekkeikan Silver Sake
Gekkeikan Silver is fermented at low temperatures. It is a dry sake with good acidity. Crisp, with light citrus notes and a refreshing dry finish. A great food sake due to its low carbohydrate. Serve with lighter flavored fish, shellfish and poultry dishes. Best enjoyed chilled or at room temperature.
