Vineyards: Multiple old mountain vineyards (El Plano, Barranco de la Rambla, Cerro Verde, Cerro del Cura, La Laguna) in the towns of Munébrega, Murero, and Paracuellos, Zaragoza, in the south of D.O. The majority of the vineyards receive no treatments whatsoever. Soils: Cambrian-Silurian slate and quartz soils, partially covered by a thin layer of calcareous Mesozoic soil. Winemaking: Hand-harvested and stored in small 20 kg boxes. Spontaneous fermentation occurs in stainless steel and concrete tanks.
